A little about me

I arrived in the UK in 2013 - already certified as a personal trainer and Pilates instructor. I was 6 months pregnant with my son and had to wait to give birth and then recondition and strengthen my body before I could start working again.

I started to work in 2014 for a big branded gym company and taught a lot of fitness classes as well as doing personal training. I really enjoyed doing CrossFit for my own training and decided to get my level 1, and then later my level 2. Additionally, through Pilates, I have always had a big interest in posture, breathing and deep core work, and I have used these with success in my coaching over the years.

Through my teaching, I became more aware of the link between the mind and the body and how ill- equipped I was to take people further. I decided to study again and become a Life Coach through New Insight life coaching. This has helped me to grow, and my clients have felt the benefits during our sessions in the gym and in their lives more generally through the life coaching process.

I decided to create V.Coaching in July 2019 as I felt ready to expand and reach more people!

When I was pregnant myself, I realized that there was not much help available for women who wish to continue to train while pregnant and after birth. Just saying "Keep doing what you have always done" or "Don't lift more than 5 kg above your head!" is not really helping women and can leave them confused. After some research, I found Brianna Battles online and her message really fitted my thinking. So I decided to take it further and did her Pregnant and Postpartum Athleticism training. I am very passionate about empowering women and helping them achieve their goals during and after pregnancy.

My mission - and my passion - is to help people achieve their goals, see them progress, build and grow their confidence in the gym and in their life.
